This coming 8th February, Granada will be dressed up to celebrate the 39th edition of the
Goya Awards.
To celebrate the event the city has carried out various actions and activities such as
installing giant Goyas in the streets of the city, screening the feature films nominated in the categories of Best New Director and Best Documentary Film in the

There will also be meetings open to the public with filmmakers from Granada at the
University of Granada as well as an exclusive meeting with Aitana Sánchez Gijón , goya de
honour 2025 on 7 February at the Isabel la Católica Theatre.
